PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the provisions of Law 25 it is mandatory for organizations to assure the protection of personal information and FAB 3R has designated a privacy officer to take charge of the handling of such information.

If you believe that you have been the victim of a privacy data breach of confidentiality of yours under FAB 3R responsibility, involving the unauthorized access/use/disclosure, we invite you to contact the designated privacy officer in charge to inform him of such incident. He will ensure to take the appropriate measures and to put in place the necessary action.
